Handheld Table

Merging traditional woodworking and welding with CNC Milling, this table was designed for our home.

This coffee table design features a CNC-milled maple slab sourced from New Jersey and brought to New Orleans. The table’s proportions are carefully considered, with a sleek and modern profile. CNC milled handholds make it easy to move the table, and the welded frame provides sturdy support. 

The table explores how form and function can come together to create a beautiful and useful piece of furniture. The maple slab is finished with a clear coat to emphasize its natural grain and color. The welded frame is powder-coated in a matte black finish for a durable and stylish look.
